Dahlia at Butchart Gardens

This was my absolute favorite flower/photo I was able to take at Butchart Gardens!! We don't recall seeing a name for it, but we think it could be called 'Sunburst' or 'Fireworks'. What do you think? Either of these names, or another?

Camping with Alec starts next week, we will be gone for almost a month! we're excited! lunch would be fun =), perhaps when I get back in september...
ryc- Thanks for the note. I am actually from the Seattle area originally - I lived in Renton - Kent - Des Moines up until I moved to MO to attend AGTS - I tokk at class or two with Peter. He does good work. Sheryl lived in out apartment in SGF while we did a practicum in the Philippines summer of 05. My parents live in Renton (next to Fairwood AG) but attend New Life Church (old Renton AG). I grew up in Renton AG but was attending a Foursquare Church in Federal Way for about 10 years before I left for SGF.
